Tensions around Gibraltar heating up

I say the 14+ Million British tourists who go to Spain each year should boycott Spain for one year and show them how much damage we can do to their economy if they mess with Gibraltar. Spain is economically dependent on the UK, yet they decide to mess with us. Fools! If they're going to act politically like they did in the 1960s, then we should send their economy back into the 1960s.

I don't know why they're so bothered about Gibraltar. Spain is going to break up in a few years time, Gibraltar should be the least of their concerns.

Hmm, I wonder if Morocco is following these developments :-)
Spain's claim and control over FIVE enclaves in/on Moroccan soil makes Spain's currents antics somewhat silly.

This is utter hypocrisy.

Just over the water, on the African side, is a city of just under 80,000 people called Ceuta, and another city called Melilla with roughly the same population further down the North African coast.

They are both controlled by Spain.

If Gibraltar must be ceded to Spain, then the Spanish, in turn, must return Ceuta and Melilla to Morocco.

Looks like the once mighty English empire is slowly shrinking. What goes around comes around!
