uh, ya. How about instead an electoral system that doesn't simply transfer authority to unelected party bosses??

people in Serbia vote for a party, then the PARTY decides who sits in parliament. This is a sham that creates a political class of politicians who are only beholden to their party bosses and no one else.

When's the last time we've seen a new face in Serbian politics, 1999??!!

Instead of bringing in new people into whichever party, how about a system where citizens VOTE for who ends up sitting in parliament.
