This comment has nothing to do with the article, only to say how nice it is that B92 somehow decided to not post comments for the past few days and we can all read the news is peace. If it's your plan to ignore posts, please continue to do so - you have my support. I know it's ironic saying it in a post, so please don't bother to post it :)

Probably people are just in vacation, those who comment and those at B92 who moderate. All will return in September. Especially the CE of this forum will be rested, tanned and more talkative than ever.

"Head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Aleksandar Vulin defies Pristina's announcement to have Kosovo logos on ballots."

This can be easily solved. Just put an "*" after the name of "Kosovo". Serbs will be so happy about it :)

The association of Serb municipalities is A pristina institution.

Just like Pristina controls Kosovo’s airspace eh? Ask the Serbs is they see the Serb municipalities as a Pristinas institution. Keep deluding yourselves mate.

There is an Australian colloquial saying “It’s a dog’s breakfast” and that certainly describes Kosovo. If anyone thinks that Bosnia is a mess then Kosovo is looking even worse as this Brussels Agreement has all but partitioned that region.

Look at the Court system. They will function under a different name and different laws to the other parts inhabited by Albanians, but Thaci attempts to portray it as all under Pristina’s control and yet little by little all those lies are coming to the surface so its little wonder that the more fervent Albanians are asking for his blood. And now the ballot papers can’t have any Kosovo insignia.

Kosovo is not independent and never will be. Just look at who controls its airways? Hungary not Pristina.

For those still not getting the message that the EU will not force Serbia to recognise Kosovo, how many recall that the catch cry from the Albanians was “No SAA agreement unless recognition then no visa free movement unless recognition”.

However, I find most amusing the Albanians claims of Serbs living in a paradise under Albanian control and yet the Albanians control nothing because they are incapable of running a state on their own – everything has to be monitored by the EU.

The elections were already all about Kosovo Serbs and Serbia recognizing Kosovo independence! They just had elections held under Serbian law! These are under pristina law for pristina institutions! The parties have to register with pristina! Any Serb Who votes for a party registered in pristina recognizes Kosovo indepdnence from serbia. The association of Serb municipalities is A pristina institution.

where do those people live? It is a local election of the State of Kosovo, and anybody, except Serbs and their 'brothers' in Russia will find it unacceptabel that the ballots will have the Kosovo state insignia printed on them. Stop playing your games, and be realistic. Serbia once more will make a fool of itself with their unrealistic demands.

Either OSCE would be status neutral or the elections would not be held, he said and underscored that Pristina opposes mass turnout of Serbs in the elections because it fears they would take over all the rights they won though the Brussels agreement.

Actually , Prishtina is calling on K-Serbs to come out and vote in masses, so that your mother Russia will have no saying about Kosova anymore. Since the Russians cannot be more Serbs than serbs themselves.

The agreement reached by Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and his Kosovo counterpart Hasim Taci in Brussels on April 19 envisages the constitution of the community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo-Metohija with certain executive powers.

If you mean Municipal Executive powers, I say amen. It should be that way just like the City Hall in NYC has its own executive power for NYC, which includes 5 boroughs. My question to the MIB and Ivanovic is; "Where is the beef"?
You guys are jokers!
