this is about one thing only:

As long as Serbia can keep forcing Kosovo to use +381 on its landlines, then they get the termination fees for international calls to Kosovo landlines.

the truth

Pristina is insisting that Kosovo be given an international calling code, which Belgrade finds unacceptable.

and the new country code for RKS is 383.
Ljajic stop lying to ordinary Serbs.

"Serbian officials recalled that under the Brussels agreement, all solutions must be status neutral and warned that Pristina is trying to impose Kosovo's self-proclaimed statehood in every way, including this one. "

Status Neutral is a complete non-sense term. If it's not independent, then it's part of Serbia. Either Kosova's laws are going to apply or Serbia's laws. Kosova is not going to float in some dark matter so
every attempt by Serbia to maintain the status-quo is not really status neutral because neutrality, when it comes to independence, does not exist. What a bs!.
