Huh, no comment here! I wonder what the usual campers here thing of the "Kosovo law" and "status neutral" really mean when running the courts?

It is still “cat and mouse game”.

What games are the Serbian politicians playing now?
If the court is going to abide by "Kosovo law", whatever that is, then Kosovo is recognized as something independent of Serbia.
Sure you can have a state law which can vary from state to state but then there is also federal law which makes is quite clear that the state is in some union with the country.
Is there any Serbian federal law the court will follow or is it purely all Kosovo?
So do the judges who preside in those courts need to brush up on something and are their qualifications going to be questioned? They have Serbian qualifications. Is there a difference?
Slowly but surely Serbia is letting go of Kosovo forever.

Will they be called "courts" or "structures that resemble buildings"?
Sincerely,

Status neutral courts must operate under UN Resolution 1244, not under post-UDI laws. That means laws that were not promulgated by the UN SRSG (i.e. post-June 2008) are not valid, under UNMIK Regulation 1999/24.
Otherwise it's a recognition of the so-called "Republic", regardless of what they are called in the North.

Kosovo law means recognition of Kosovo independence. Kosovo law is incompatible with status neutral.

"Courts in northern Kosovo will operate under Kosovo law, but will not be called courts of the Republic of Kosovo"
So they will be Republic of Kosovo courts except in name?
