Etihad, Serbian govt. invest USD 200mn in Air Serbia
The UAE national air carrier Etihad Airways and the Serbian government will invest a maximum of USD 100 million each in a new company Air Serbia.

oh.... I thought the deal was that Etihad gets 1/2 the company for free in return for investing in a new fleet.
Turns out they get the company for free and the Serbian government assumes almost 300million euro debt AND has to invest the same as Etihad.
Nevermind, it's still the best deal they could have gotten and fantastic news for the region.
