Legal basis? Kosovo laws? Well, then arresting people for wearing T-Shirts with cyrillic letters or for waving Serbian flags and then beating the prisoners in jail must have a 'legal basis' there, or why did this happen in the independent dream state of Kosovo?

Luckily, according to somebody going by the name of Comm. Parrisosn, the above could not have happened because Kosovo is a dream state and dreams cannot do those things!

In line with 'Kosova laws'. LOL! Law there depends on who your relatives are. What a joke.

Well, corruption and lawlessness is widespread in Serbia as well as I was able to experience myself recently. Especially among policemen and customs/border guards. We were traveling in 2 cars going the same speed, both cars had German licence plates, and we were within the speed limit. My friend was stopped and the police claimed he was 44km above the speed limit, which was not the case. At first they wanted 160 euros without any proof if a traffic violation, and after protests they threatened us with jail. Finally they settled for 50 euros, which went into their own pocket. At the border we were threatened again and they finally left us alone after we paid 10 euros each. Well, nobody can ever tell me here again that Serbian authorities are not corrupt or only enforcing the law. Besides that, Serbia should really clean up it's border crossings. It is disgusting. Trash, garbage, filth everywhere, not a nice picture... Welcome to Serbia, another hellhole in the Balkans.

"Secrete indictments do not exist since they have no legal basis, Irina Gudeljevic told Tanjug, stressing that warrants can be issued "during the process of pressing charges or after raising the indictment in line with the Kosovo laws."

If I was a person from another planet arriving on earth today and read these Albanian comments I’d be under the impression that this Kosova was a very powerful state but reality would hit home soon after reading the EU’s audit report of 2012 on Kosovo where it stated that the Albanian judges are corrupt and loyal to their clan base and the police are inept who are only interested in sitting in their cars and occasionally issuing a few speeding fines. It also goes on to say that after spending 1 billion Euros nothing has changed as rule of law would not exist without EULEX.

What is the point of arresting Serbs when they will have to realise them in a couple of days you ask? It’s to try and intimidate the Serb population as the EU is desperate to get out of that Albanian heaven called Kosova to which most sane people call a s… hole.

Oh its funny that even EULEX call the palce Kosovo and not Kosova.

In line with Kosova laws!
Why thank you for clarifying this point, for so many that continue having problems with seeing the reality of how things will be now on!
