P.S: Isn't it ironic that Serbia always wanted that not EULEX, but an independent body investigates in the alleged war crimes and organ harvesting committed by Kosovo Albanian 'freedom fighters'?

How soon you forget, that your beloved UN conducted two investigations and came up empty handed. Now you thought EULEX can cook up some phony charges , just to make some serb politicians, including Serb trolls happy!?

"According to Tribuna's sources, the team of prosecutors and investigators investigating the claims of human organ trafficking made in the report of Dick Marty will become a separate body."

Bingo! Now I finally know what this resolution in Kosovo parliament was about and Pristina politicians being 'dissatisfied with the way in which the EU Mission is carrying out investigations and war crimes trials': They simply don't want that EULEX is investigating in their alleged war crimes.

This problem can be considered as solved, their war crimes are not investigated by EULEX any more, and EULEX will stay for some more years.

And by "restructure" they mean have three blokes sat in an office who produce a report once a blue moon a bit like UNMIK... sorry I mean just like UNMIK.

After all, EULEX's role was to help, assist and establish Kosovo's Policing and Judicial institutions, they don't really have a need any more.

I think you are missing the true picture completely. Eulex will be focusing its efforts in the north where there is already much mistrust and resistance. Since the investigation is coming up empty handed and no true evidence exists, the only possible way for Eulex to have any success in the north is to distance itself from the investigation prior to the release of its findings.

You mean EULEX resigns after years of trying hard, admitting that it's simply not possible to bring law and or to the corrupt and mafia ridden south?
