The leaders of Serbia's ruling parties held a new meeting on Tuesday in Belgrade; PM Ivica Dačić is expected to hold a news conference later in the day.

Christ... this shows that no one actually knows who's in charge. We have a deputy prime minister with more authority than the actual prime minister, a do-nothing president, and a finance minister holding a cabinet reshuffle hostage. Not sure which is worse, a coalition government or dictatorial regime, at least with the latter you know who's in charge...
