Translation, I want the people bigger than me to leave so I can beat up some smaller kid and feel like I am really something!

Its very obvious the threat of treason charges is why they say the border guards and customs agents work with EULEX and that Pavicevic is a liaison officer to EU and not ambassador to Kosovo but those are not accurate! They are recognitions of Kosovo independence by Serbia being renamed so that the serbs who make the deals don't go to jail for treason. But the issue is EULEX is irrelevant! Serbia is completely recognizing Kosovo independence with the border guards and customs agents. Those are not with EULEX. This is just a weird statement from someone who I thought knew better and had personally recognized Kosovo independence when he came back to his after resigning because Serbia recognized Kosovo independence? This is very strange unless every once in a while a Serbia leader want to avoid treason charges? But that's not going to happen because 63% of Serbia says Kosovo is an independent nation so they could all formally change the constitution tomorrow and say Kosovo is independent and no one would care in Serbia.

Why come on Vulin, you sound like a baby that needs a pacifier 24/7? The great people of Eulex have family's of their own, that they must be with! You should be appreciative, that this great organization took the time, to help Kosova's residents put the right governmental structures in place, to assure a peaceful, and more stable "Kosova" prior to their eventual departure, and indeed it is almost fully established!!! It would be unfair to the rest of Europe, to permanently have their sons and daughters babysitting this eventual part of Europe, wouldn't u agree mr. Vulin? Serbia, does want to eventually be part of the European family, doesn't it? And, forgive me but, I don't recall that any of the agreements contained a clause that would null any of the signed agreements, when the time came for Eulex eventual departure? Has anyone out there, have some different draft of the agreements, or any info on such a thing? Just curious!

I think he stayed up late too often lately and watched too many reruns of 'Men in Black' and thinks he is Will Smith and can change world history. Wake up, u are nothing but a looser, and won't leave ur marks in history. People like u, will end up in the big garbage pile of of forgotten useless politicians.

It's unfair, yes. I'm sure most of them don't like their stay in this black hole in Europe called Kosovo. On the other hand, allied forces stayed in Germany for more than 40 years.

What have they achieved? You can never know. Kosovo is a hotbed of crime and corruption, with mafia clans have more influence than anything else, war criminals and killers can get along, mafia bosses can play politicians. So you can only ask yourself what kind of place Kosovo would be without the (small) influence of EULEX.

Well there it is. EULEX will never leave Kosovo. It matters little what Thaci says to placate his interlopers in Kosovo, the end result is the same as the commander of KFOR stated “these are not borders but administrative lines....” LOL, LOL. And little Billy Clinton promised so much that these intellectually challenged Pristina social security reliant Albo politicians kept on passing on the idea that their Kosova is independent.
The last thing Brussels wants is for these agreements to be torn up by Belgrade. Albos matter very little to the west as they did during the war in Kosovo when NATO bombed the crap out of them and they called it Utopia, but it was Slobo’s faulty as they forced NATO to bomb them.

Think again: Serbia doesn't have a say in whether EULEX stays or goes, you are correct in that. However, Serbia can decide whether or not it believes that agreements entered into remain valid should EULEX leave. To allow Kosovo Albanians in Pristina to effectively run the country unchecked would, as far as the Serbs are concerned, mean that the EU as a whole had accepted the independence of the country. No doubt there will be internal arguments within the EU over Kosovo as there still are about the role of the OHR in Bosnia. Ironically the Serbs want rid of the international overseer in BiH so that they can do as they please but do not wish to see this happen in Kosovo. Something of an a la carte approach to diplomacy.

Jesus, it's so long overdue for this old Mira Markovic communist to leave Serbian politics. What the hell is he doing in this position, anyway. You mean to tell me there is no better man to represent Kosovo Serbs, than this tired, old, commie reincarnation?

Pass as many resolutions are you want, EULEX is not leaving!
(Alex, 26 July 2013 17:10)

It will eventually. I say within the next 20 years. Most likely replaced by another acronym after that.

This guy is amazing! Anyone who remembers way back in 2008 knows that Serbia says Eulex no way, never, it will not happen. Eulex and UNMIK began the transition phase and then finally Serbia says we invite Eulex to take over in Kosovo (trying to save face once it was inevitable that they could not block it). Serbia has no say as to when EULEX will leave, the same as they had no say when UNMIK dropped to a handful of administrative personnel.
