Vulin to "ask PM to vote" in local elections in Kosovo

This message it's really good message to go across, all displaced people needs vote. But remember they must be listed in the ballot with all details including refugee statut.
If Dacic is refugee and enjoy the statut then he can register hand over OSBE then verified from Kosovo Electoral Commission then Dacic can vote. Why not..

There are thousands and thousand Albanians that received political asylum in Briton , Switzerland, USA etc.

Many of them fled from north kosov. If they are allowed to vote, that will skew the demographics out of the Serbian favor.

This is the absolutely best idea this guy has ever had. While Dacic will only be casting one vote and will not really influence the outcome it will go along way in establishing that it is Pristinas sole right to decide when to call elections in the territory and that Serbia respects that. Whereas in the past where the Serbian govt has called for a boycott of the elections in Kosovo, not a single act Serbia could do would legitimize these elections more.
