The Serbian PM made a comment that people born in Kosovo/a could vote in the elections. That means even he could vote in the elections since he was born there, and so will Serbs who have moved out of Kosovo/a decades or years prior to the '98-'99 war. Would this be logical since they are no longer residents of Kosovo/a?

"The two prime ministers discussed preparations for the local elections in Kosovo, scheduled for November 3, and agreed that concrete measures need be taken to ensure a good turnout at the elections."

Yes, just ask Thaci, he knows about measures how to achieve a 'good turnout'. Remember, he was voted by 115% of the voters in his home region, which means even more people participated in the elections :)

Serbia is not getting anything. Pristina is getting everything. If Serbia was getting something they would be running head elections, Belgrade would be appointing he police commissioner! What is Serbia getting? Nothing except by these extraordinary recognitions of Kosovo independence and no Belgrade influence or power pleasing Germany and maybe maybe getting closer to the eu maybe.
