Bosnia: Personal ID number law adopted

I've poked around a bit. To me it seemed like some stupid thing like maybe Bosniaks were insisting on a new system to prove that Bosnia is different from Yugoslavia. Turns out the opposite it true - Looks like the Serbian entity was insisting on changes to the system so that people born there would have a unique unique identifying number and that process somehow screwed up the system for everyone for a few months.

Pointless politicking that interfered with everyone's life and no one benefited in any way from it.
