People who openly 'buy recognitions' from corrupt African kingdoms even become ministers for their glorious achievements. WOW, What bragging rights you have! According to CPI 2102 it is Albania, Kosovo, Greece, and then guess who? Yes Serbia! Kosovo a brnad new administration scored 34 and Superior Serbia scored 39 making it the 4th most corrupt country in Europe and for those of you who deny Kosovo as a country becomes the 3rd most corrupt country in Europe and if you want to claim Kosovo is Serbia it drops it to the 2nd most corrupt country in Europe.
Of course I guess you have to take what you can.
