I simply do not understand this article- Is Vejlovic saying that Dikic was involved with the double murder, Is Vejlovic saying that Dikic erred in the investigation? Why call a press conference to ask that someone is fired?

Why say that calling a press conference to fire someone is hard-what is so hard about it, you stand there make fun of someone and try to cost them their job. It doesn't take a lot of effort or skill all it requires is a special level of arrogance.

Why even mentiuon the murder unless more is said about it?
Is he implicated in the murder or is he covering for the person who is? Is he imcompetent and botched things up? What does the murder have to do with him being sacked?
Is it only his level of education?
