Foreign ministers stress need to foster Serbia-Uganda ties
Serbia and Uganda should strengthen their bonds of friendship and work on joint projects, especially in the economic sector, their foreign ministers say.
This is very odd. Uganda recognised the independence of Kosovo last year - see http://www.kosovatimes.net/repository/images/njohja.jpg.
Now either this wasn't actually a recognition (although it certainly looks like one), or Mrkić and Kutesa are mistaken or not fully aware of previous actions, or the Ugandans have changed their position.
