It is consistent. If Serbia had full control over Kosovo, there would still be some kind of border control necessary between Kosovo and the rest of Serbia. Serbia is administratively divided into different areas for different reasons. As a practical matter, Serbia is not going to be able to effectively control the border between Albania and Kosovo. As a practical matter, Serbia is going to have to control the border between Kosovo and the rest of Serbia. It doesn't matter what is going on in Pristina.

All of these agreements , which the Serbs have signed & agreed to with the republic of Kosova, thru EU and international mediation will prove to have been meaningless, because yet again it is another smokescreen tactic by the radical Serbian element, that clearly still exists and clings to power! Yes S. Milosevich is gone, but clearly his Frankenstein like creations still hold to the same deceiving maneuvers, because they have always been of the same mindset!

Albanians are terrorizing serbs going to church and stealing their homes and land. And albanians thought serbs would accept these conditions that easily. Serbs in the north are fighting agains albanian terror. Albanians in Kosovo have shown the kind of peace they want. The fewer serbs the better. Albanians have managed to expell serbs from the south, attack their churches and graveyards, now that they are not given the same oportunity in the north serbs are to blame. You albs need a mirror. How come we don't have these problems in Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia etc? Everywhere there are albanians there are problems. Albanians are out of place in Europe. Don't know from what hell hole you came but in Europe you don't belong.

Before Kosovo war I thought that croatioans,slovenians and even albanians etc were over exaggetaring their problems while dealing with serbs in YU.
Over the years and by reading news from B 92,seeing how serbs in Kosovo are behaving and reading serbs who comment here,I have concluded that I have been wrong.
Takling with serbs about peace and dealing with them,is like talking to a tree or to an empty space,not to humans with flesh and blood.
God bless all people who used to deal with serbs in YU.They must be brave and extremly patient people.
