Russia and China haven't given Serbia a red cent. They've given a few loans here and there and those loans were closely tied to using the services of their companies or buying their goods.

A false comparison Danilo? Is Serbia trying to join Russia or China? No. In the mean time:

As an economist and financial expert myself no comment can be made unless you are given the terms of the loan such as interest rate and length of loan and any conditions placed on the use of the money. As a general rule nobody makes a loan without the intent of earning a profit even if the lendor is your brother in many cases

Neither is the west.

You'll get a lot of likes and a lot of people believe this is true. Fact is, the EU has given (given, not lent) Serbia over a billion Euros over the years as have others in "the west" without any conditions. New ambulances, new busses, development money.

Russia and China haven't given Serbia a red cent. They've given a few loans here and there and those loans were closely tied to using the services of their companies or buying their goods.
