"The amnesty concerning economic crimes refers only to northern Kosovo, which is predominantly populated by Serbs"

There goes B92's investigative report on the contraband in northern Kosovo. Now the "businessmen" have formal amnesty from Kosovo and informal amnesty from Serbia. A wonderland island where the usual rules of law and business cease to exist, an attractive place for those high risk/high gain "business" enterprises without the risk component. I wish I was a northern Kosovo Serb right now, "business" would be great.

@Viktor Its coming from them because they are not Prishtina supporters, they are supporters of there own interests and that is to break up the Balkans into as many weak tiny banana republic states as possible. Divide and Conquer as the Romans used to call it.

I think the Kosovo parliament doesn't like the fact that this amnesty is only meant for the (Serbian) north. Everyone knows that each and every single crime listed there takes place in the (Albanian) south, too - likely in a much higher number.

It is time that someone put pressure Pristina to start with implementation of the agreement. But I am surprised that this is coming from EU and US, the main Pristina supporters.
