Well, the legitimicy of the "vassals" in Zagreb to spread the EU-gospel (aka. EU-disease) is wafer thin. After a scandalously gagged one month referendum debate in the middle of the Christmas-hollidays. With the highest level of "grass-root" Euro-sceptisim among the "Eastern" members (currently 1/3 of the Croats and steadily rising). And with the lowest active support in any referendum (only 40 % percent bothered to vote), and even drastically lower in its first EU-election; I'd say the puppets in Zagreb would be wiser to keep quiet, instead of telling Serbs how to behave.
