"Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia have asked the European Commission to lower the roaming call rates for the citizens of the three countries traveling to the EU."

Maybe Serbia should start first with its state-owned Telekom: How can it be that I can call to almost all other countries in the region (Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia) for 1-2ct per minute, and the price for calling to Serbia is at least 5-6ct/minute?
And even calls from Serbia to Bosnia are overpriced.
