Kosovan law??? That's a rich one. Have they actually got any legislature? Don't hear of many arrests in their government circles which is a hotbed of cronyism and corruption that makes the Italians look like amateurs. Why are we agreeing to anything with these people their duplicity is only matched by their bare-faced dishonesty.

I have a hard time believing this Rasic dude, looks like a real shady character! If it was agreed to, then provide us with a signed copy of this agreement, or at least one that has been initialed, alongside with a EU representitives signature or initials! If you (Rasic) are basing you claim on a verbal agreement, you must have misunderstood or missed something, you know very well what the effects of rakia can have on ones perception of things don't you? Anyway, you only have a agreement when 2 or more party's sign on the dotted line!!!
