Yes, I bet the drivers were upset that unlike a couple of hours earlier where a few Euros mixed in with their paperwork assured them quick passage into Serbia, it was not going to be as easy to get out.

Wow, only an EU member for a few days and Croatia is already showing european standards of incompetence. Someone should have told these custom officials and their higher ups in advance that Croatia was going to join the EU on & July 2013...
