Ex-Territorial Defense member sentenced to 15 years

This is far too lenient a sentence. Only a natural life sentence would be reasonable. I realize the courts are trying to show europe how lenient and modern they are, but the truth is if someone beat and killed 200 cats, an American judge would give him more than 15 years. its more important that we have Justice in Serbia than to have Europe be pleased with our lenience and reforms.

The Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor's Office has charged 20 people for the murder of 200 Croat civilians at Ovčara. Of these, 15 have been sentenced to a total of 207 years in prison, while five were acquitted. One of the murdered was a pregnant woman. Serb raping ,pillaging murdering "hero's" on unarmed wounded civilians ,hospital staff and reporters. Pathetic Serb criminals all they deserve is a firing squad and end to their vile evil Serb "hero's" then justice would be served. Over 20 + years the pretend show trials go on in Serbia acquittal guilty acquittal etc Serbia should be isolated as a totally dysfunctional pariah "state".

If a non Serb got this sentence for this kind of crime this site would have been full of Serbian posts.

Just curious, Lenard. How many Croats are being tried in Croatian courts for war crimes?

Hmm, Croat Lenard and Albanian Avni shedding tears for the HOS paramilitaries who hid in Vukovar hospital and pretended to be patients (a basic violation of the rules of war). It is be a war crime to execute prisoner of war scum like these people, but even I can't shed any tears for them or even Serbian paramilitaries who get killed.
