If Eastern Kosova you mean Bujanovac etc, I’ll tell you a little story. During the recent negations between Pristina and Belgrade, the Serbs put up a proposal to fund their own police force in Northern Kosovo.

Not to be outwitted the simple Albanians demanded that the Albanians in Bujanovac should have the same – Belgrade turned around and said no problems but Pristina has to fund them.

Response was deadly silence from Pristina!!!!!


In essence, Koso go for it but Pristina to fund all of it. Yep that’ll happen in a million years.

"Eastern Kosova"? You mean Kosovska Kamenica? Or do you mean Podujevo? Aren't both supposed to be supplied by KEK? I know large parts of "Kosova" repeatedly have problems with basic amenities like electricity, clean water, and, well, jobs, but shouldn't that be the responsibility of Pristina? Because I can't for the life of me think who else that should be given to since that's an area the Free World allowed them to play in :)

Why are the serbs in northern KS complaining? They've had FREE electricity supplied from the KS government. For the past 15 years they have not paid a single cent for anything!

Serbia and Serbs are best at ensuring a good supply of electricity. In Kosovo there are still blackouts and restrictions. And this region was part of Serbia until Tito took it away and attached it to Kosovo. Serbs keep paying dearly on Tito's legacy.

The KS government has no ability of supplying electricity to the north. The north runs on Serbian EPS. Kosovo's KEK doesn't reach there, so if they've had free electricity supplied to them by the KS government, they've also had free phone service supplied by the German government, free water supplied by the Brazilian government, and free oil supplied by the Saudis.

Nice try.

I bet it has to be state backed in funding, so no electricity, chaotic losses backed up by gun point taxpayers.


It is sad that grown man still write letters to the father they never had/santa with all their wishes, not even caring to know on who pays for them an how.
