I think we all know what the bottom line is for Serbia to geta date for ascension talks:implementation of the Brussels Agreement. Germany won't budge on this condition. Serbia will try to weasel their way through, but will fail if they think they can fool the Germans. It is clearly predictable the Serbs will shoot themselves in the foot and end up waiting another two years for a chance to get a date for talks. I guess Nikolic, Dacic, Vucic and company still manage to avoid the hunger pains common to most Serbs.

Meanwhile, 'Count', the albanians go backwards. Another totally corrupt elections in albania and nothing done against corruption & Crime by Pristina. Belgrade may be far from Brussels, Pristina & Tirana are on another planet, no matter how many medals they hand out to westerner.
