Again, we see solid and insightful planning and articulation of what the Serbs expect from negotiation and nothing but nothing but a bellicose announcement from the only Albanian we keep hearing over and over again. It is clear who are the only ones fit to govern Kosovo.

What is the literacy rate among Albanians in Kosovo? What is the future political life likely to be like under Albanians?

Nobody really wants an independent country run by Albanians in Kosovo.

The best way of implementation is recognition of kosova independence. Then Serbs will know where exactly they stand.

I totally disagree with the notion that Serbia wants kosova without the Albanians. It is totally about kosova being independent. It has customs agents on the border and border guards and sends an ambassador it was just at meeting where Kosova was an independent country equal to Serbia, it says nothing in opposition to kosova being an organizations only for countries and just is doing nothing at all in opposition to kosova independence at all. When the constitution changes take effect and kosova is removed all the serb leaders will formally recognize kosova independence.

Thaci says that the Brussels Agreement is consistent with the "Kosovo Constitution". That's good news because Serbia never recognized the independence of Kosovo at the talks. I'm glad the two sides found common ground on this critical point. Thaci wants a new UN resolution for a reason; because UNSC 1244 still rules. It won't happen.

What a really confusing post. You speak of the literacy rate of Kosovo as a slam and then you yourself say no one wants an independent Kosovo when 100 countries have recognized it. I bet you are one of those who believe that the first man on the moon was actually shot in the Arizona Desert!
