Ivan Mrkić said ahead of Friday's United Nations Security Council (UNSC) session on Kosovo that UNMIK must continue to play an important role in the area.

Just like EULEX. They should all go home. Only then there will be rule of law in Kosovo! The only small problem is: It will be the rule of mafia law, the criminals and drug kingpins can operate freely, like it was 20 years ago in Sicily.

The only presence of UNMIK is in north Mitro, with handful of staff drinking coffee and playing with their PC in their offices.
If Mrkic is happy with UNMIK function, so am I.

Not True! They are also drinking coffee and playing with their PCs on the UN compound in Pristina - as well as parking wherever they feel like they want to.

Zarif informed Mrkić in detail about the security situation on the ground, and Mrkić emphasized that UNMIK's presence and activity in Kosovo were very important and had to be impartial.
