Yes, this is a symbol: For this meeting, the Gymnich Formula has to be used, which shows one more, for the whole world: Kosovo is not a state like the others.
I didn't know Nikolić is a windbag also that likes to hear him self talk. Probably got the loudest applause from him self every one else dosed off. He noted that Serbia is achieving exceptional results in terms of regional cooperation as well, and will not stop until it creates an oasis of peace and cooperation in the Balkans. This is Serbia's past and future, Nikolić said. Ha ha a joker too Serbia's close neighbours roll their eyes and shake their heads. Yes, it's a symbol. A meeting of presidents. But for one simple reaons, the Gymnich formula has to be used, so it's an informal meeting of persons, without state insignia, so it's not an offical meeting of heads of states.
To explain it: If there are 20 dogs meetings, you can call the assembly a dog party. If there are 20 dogs and one mouse attending, it's an animal party.
I wonder if it was an accident that they placed the Kosovo president behind the tallest president attending the summit (Montenegro president)- Serbs and Slovaks didnt want to see her, but the good news is majority of the countries attending welcomed her. I know it is tough for Nikolic to pretend like she isn't there or even try to convince people that Kosova is not a country when the Kosova president is sitting there smiling at him. By the way, if Kosova was a Serb autonomy, where is the Vojvodina "president"?

Well, she's actually standing on a platform behind the front row. So, she's short. I'll add that Nikolic is also standing in the back row, so I guess neither one is that important.

If Serbia opposed kosova independence Serbia wouldn't be there in that picture that shows kosova equal to Serbia! This is why recognitions of kosova are exploding again!
