Date depends on Germany, says former Austrian official

Former Austrian vice-chancellor Erhard Busek says the issue of Serbia's EU accession talks depends on certain EU members, especially Germany, and not on Serbia.

If EU is not satisfied with Serbia’s effort and results, and if accession talk depends on Germany, I vote against membership.
