Slovakia and Serbia supposedly oppose Kosova independence but Kosova will be there? They both really support kosova independence in every way and just need to admit it! Serbia has to really admit it first and then Slovakia will! Ridiculous rules that say no symbol! What do symbols matter when Kosova is there with equal status to all other participants?!?

Again another person admits that Serb leaders only go to international meetings where they can acquire drugs!

There's absolutely nothing in the Slovak papers about Pres. Jahjaga being merely an observer or treated any differently than anybody else.

"For Slovakia to avoid any political problems, the presidents will speak without flags or state symbols and will not be referred to as heads of state, but only by name."

Fortunately, the Danube has crested in Bratislava, so except for the usual traffic tie-ups, there should be no problems.

Is this is the summit that Kosova President Jahjaga has been invited as well, despite the fact that Slovakia has not recognized Kosova just yet!?

Yes. Yiayia was also invited. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9LQA09enGw

Nikolic does not do domestic visits because he could care less. He just likes having his photo taken when he travels anywhere in Europe. He comes up with bizarre statements and acts like he is a movie star. He does not appear to be a serious player just an attention seeker.

Exactly! This is the summit where a representative of Kosovo is invited to participate, without any state insignia, because Kosovo is not a recognized state.

Nice to see that the Serbian president is all over the globe, doing the job of the foreign minister actually, but OK, he's obviously enjoying his position as president. I only have one comment though, a negative one - how many cities in Serbia has he visited since taking office? I don't believe many, there is never news coverage of that. I would be a good idea for to do some domestic visits, to see how people live, and to hear their hardships, and not just at election time, where you get an overload of the smiling Nikolic. But, I guess that's politics, and politicians doing what they do.
