Curious as to what you think is going to happen if Serbia does not get a date at the end of June, which is actually a given. The only thing Serbia is going to get is a "green light". And it will not be Germany's fault, it will be Serbia's.
The only thing that is going to happen is that Serbia should realize they no longer will be rewarded for empty promises, they are going to have to fulfill those promises.

So the germans still haven't assessed how much damage will be done if no date is given, which is why they are being much more careful with their words, not to mention the upcoming elections. If Serbia doesn't get at date, you can bet that the germans will squeal that it is not their fault.
