Dačić and Yanukovych on ways of expanding cooperation

PM Ivica Dačić and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych agreed during a meeting on Friday that cooperation between the two countries was "on the upswing."

Now they have it but things they are changing and the recent EU-Russia talks shower the rage of the West of how soon we are on our feet again. Europe is turning into a helpless German bazar.
