To sj- so what! Kosova will bs there! Why is it ok for Serbia for kosova to be there just because there are no symbols? It's there!! That's the biggest symbol there is!!!

With a responsible President you would be seeing action not just words. How long have they been saying "will be implemented" and not "have been implemented". Not one item of the agreement has been implemented to date.

You’re much smarter than I gave you credit. You hit it right on the nose – it will never be implemented; not one item of the agreement.

representative from kosova at the meeting for heads of state will be equal to Slovakia and Serbia. Being at the meeting says it all. It's there. Kosova is a state and its head of state is there. Serbia endorses Kosova being a state and having a head of state.

You no read English very well. “Kosovo will be represented without state insignia...while Serbia will be represented with insignia”.

"Congratulations to kosova for participating in the conference for central European heads of state! "
(Brian, 5 June 2013 09:57)

Yes, representing a state without insignia. Fits perfectly for a non recognized state, don't you think?

This is what is called responsible President. What is signed will be implemented, contrary to what previous Presidents did.

Serbia's approach to Kosovo issue is a timed bomb. As soon as gets a date....will shift the blame on the others....for non implementation. The issue of "recognition" or "non recognition" will pop up again and again....so why non conditioning Serbia now....and end of the story?

Congratulations to kosova for participating in the conference for central European heads of state! Just a matter of time before Serbia removes kosova from it's constitution and that liaison officer can call himself an ambassador! Ambassador pavicevic!
