And that^ is the biggest obstacle to justice in the Balkans. Albanian nationalists actually feel that they are physically stronger than the Serbian state and they see attacks on the Serbian ethnic ghettos in the south as confirmation of that. Some people are so behind in life they actually think they're winning.

Sadly Ari they are.
By attacking Serbs at will, destroying Serbian cemeteries at will, killing and robbing at will what else do you think has happened. How is Serbia protecting the Serbs, especially in the south?
They can call this man anything they like but reality is quite different. Serbia has absolutely no influence in what goes on in Kosovo and the worst part cannot protect the remaining Serbs there.
It's all just smoke and mirrors. Serbia has in fact recognised Kosovo in every way that counts to them.
If you can't protect your citizens what would you call it then?

Considering.. considering.. um considering the duties of Pavicevic he is an ambassador to Kosova from Serbia. There is not a way to dispute what his duties are. People aren't calling him Ambassador Pavicevic for nothing! He is being called an ambassador because all of his duties reflect that! They are coming up with euphamisms for some reason at this moment until Serbia can remove kosova from its constitution.
(Brian, 4 June 2013 21:41)

Who is calling him ambassador except for you?Dont you know the difference between liasion officer and ambassador?Read what he says, he has no diplomatic status and no embassy, how can he be an ambassador?Serbia wont take Kosovo off its constitution it has stated hundreds of times that Serbia will NEVER recognize kosovo independent how many times does it need to be said for you albanians to get that through your thick head?

Mr. Pavicevic, you have the right to talk about yourself, like we for ourseves..... Kosovo so in the coming days is going to send its ambassador in Belgrade, Mr. Lulzim Peci, while sir you can play the role of courier in Prishtina or distribute any newspaper or whatever.
(drini., 4 June 2013 18:51)

Ambassador Peci without an embassy and without diplomatic status hahah. You will never ever have an ambassador in Belgrade get that through your thick head. They are liasion officers, huge difference to an ambassador. Serbia will never recognize kosovo independent, keep dreaming.

In the "Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija", APKM, it is only natural that Serbia represent some sort of representation to the nominal Albanian leadership in Pristina. Somebody skilled as ambassador would be the best candidate for the position for a variety of reasons. If it contributes to Albanian dignity and self esteem in Serbia to imagine he is an ambassador, then nobody should interrupt their thinking in this.

"Pavićević pointed out that he will be constantly in touch with the Serbian government and Peci with the interim institutions in Priština."

Pavićević will probably also be in constant contact with the soon to be established autonomous Serbian municipalities, so I think coordination between Belgrade and Kosovska Mitrovica, Gracanica, and Strpce will be more likely than any "ambassadorial" role with Pristina. Considering that diplomatic rights will not be enforced, considering that what Pristina hoped would be an embassy is not happening, and of course considering Serbia doesn't recognize Kosovo, thus eliminating a need for an ambassador, methinks some in the Albanian camp never bothered to read the latest memo and once again have convinced themselves of what they want to think and pass that off as reality.

Well, as long as that keeps them from being a public nuisance, let them think cake :)

You know even one of your own propagandists David B. Kanin has recently said that going forward, this illegal and anti-democratic "agreement" completely depends on the "good will" (corruption) of the Serbian state. And this guy is so pro KLA that he refers to Kosovo i Metohija as "kosova" in his articles (usually just Serbo-phobic hate speeches).

You can claim you are independent all you want, but the main reason you have fooled yourselves into believing you are a country is because of the Serbian gov'ts reluctance to diplomatically defend its territory and sovereignty over Kosovo i Methoija.

You treat him as you want but he will have Serbian state so in this case he is not an ordinary Serbian citizen isn't it?

Belgrade is going through the recognition slowly but surely.
In this government this boy is been nominated to represent Belgrade in Prishtina do you job and shut up.
(Naim, 4 June 2013 13:58)

His job is to be a liason officer and not an ambassador, something that you albanians obviously dont know the difference between. He says it very clearly, they will not have any dimplomatic status at all just like it has been said thousands of times and yet you albanians dont want to get it. How many times do we need to tell you that Serbia will never eeeever recognize Kosovo independent?Dont worry you will be licking serb boots again.

Every single aspect of his job makes it obvious to everyone he is an ambassador from the state of Serbia to the state of kosova. Nikoli says he is not president in pristina so he is sending an ambassador to represent Serbia in an independent state! Eveyone knows he's an ambassador and he will be called ambassador every single day.

Yea we know you're not the queen of England, but we do know one thing for sure, you're about to represent Serbia in the independent country that you claim it isn't independent Kosova. Dell with it in any way you'd like to. For the sake of argument do not come out publicly and make a fool out of yourself lol. This shows us all how desperate Serbia has gotten over the last few years by holding onto nothing. How much more embarrassment can Serbs take? I feel bad for them imagine that lol... This is pathetic enough with these lies right in front of the world.

Ok, this boy is making himself and the one he represents happy by saying we are not diplomatics.

Question 1. Mr. Peci he is already ambassador in Sweeden, he has immunity as diplomatic of state in other country- he serves in Belgrade as representative of the Kosovan state. Whether you like it or not.
