And the difference in Kosovo from Serbia is --???
If what you were saying were true yes it would but it is a gross exaggeration.

Albanians have a bad reputation in the rest of Europe. The Serbs don't. Go ask the police and they will tell you.

This comes as no surprise. The EU will push and push until Kosovo has been recognised by default. If the cooperation agreement does not cover SEECP it was clearly not considered important enough. Why then make a fuss about it now? As for doing things 'in the spirit of the EU', I should like to know how Mr Deggert defines this. Numerous agreements have been upheld to the letter when it suits Brussels and completely ignored (keeping budget deficits below 3% of GDP in the Growth and Stability Pact)when it doesn't. They make the rules up as they go along and the Commission has long considered itself to be a 28th member state rather than a representative of the collective will of the 27. At Least the EU Parliament has a modicum of democratic accountability even if almost no-one votes in the Euro elections.

I'll name a good reason friend, Kosovo is an example of typical Albanian politics, criminality is rampant, a typical day under Albanian administration consists of constant attacks on non Albanian properties and non Albanian residents living in Kosovo by Albanian criminals with no attempt by The organ thief's gangster police to bring anyone to justice. I think that reason is good enough don't you?!!

It is obvious that the EU considers Kosova to be independent, otherwise why would they insist Kosova attend the Ohrid meeting over the protest of the Serbs. The Serbs must be livid having to take orders from their new masters.

Kosovo is not fit as a state to be participating in forums such as this. Inviting them is just window dressing on the EU, NATO and the UN's policy on Kosovo independence and is to be ignored.

Kosovo not recognized? By whom? Macedonia recognized it long ago, but is suddenly being held responsible for a decision Serbia was bragging about just yesterday. No profiles in courage here.

So Kosova will most likely get an invitation at this meeting, all this really does is show everyone that none of these Balkan countries have no credibility what so ever. As much as Serbs want to claim Kosova is being told what to do, fact of the matter is everyone in Balkan is being told what to do by the western powers. It is obvious, and once this happen we will see if Serbs will still want to participate in this meeting. CHILDISH B.S. Not even worth of news.

But he added that "having the spirit of Europe in mind, the EU would like to see this attendance included as well because the SEECP structure in a way serves as a political guideline in regional cooperation."

Hmm, should all organizations change their statutes now and allow non-recognized pseudo countries to participate?

When asked whether this was the case, Degert said that "strictly speaking" the agreement does not cover SEECP."

Even "No" is impossible for Brussels bureacrats to say. Always afraid of taking responsibility for their comments or not reinterpreting agreements in to pretzels.
