Prime Minister Ivica Dačić stated on Tuesday in Belgrade that there will be "no freezing of wages and pensions," in the country's public sector.

He's right in one thing: The better method to save money would be to reduce the number of people working in the bloated public sector in Serbia. Hmm, I should have better said 'being employed', 'working' might not be the right word for some percentage of these.
