"Hague has not fulfilled its goals, reconciliation slow"

The NATO court has allowed NATO and the US to continue attacking other countries and commit war crimes with impunity.

It was never set up for reconciliation or justice. It is just another tool NATO and the US military industrial complex uses to attack any kind of resistance.

Fortunately, it has shown to have no credibility. In fact, it will end up being an expensive waste of time where justice and reconciliation are concerned.

You're comment is proof that it's the Balkan muslims who always bring in religion not the Serbs. We couldn't care less, look how many Muslims Serbia has who are loyal to the country and common cause of the people. Rasim Lajic is one example.

Just because you're a muslim do not expect all muslims to be as stupid as you, it's not about religion, it never was - only brains, and your camp needs it.

The Hague did its job.

It caused upset and resentment amongst those who thought that murder could be done with arrogance and impunity.

The ICTY has only shown it has no credibility to those who support the ones who have been convicted of crimes. Which is typical throughout the world, the guilty always claim that the court is corrupt or biased.
Why do you think Jeremic has said very little about the BIG debate. The process backfired and pretty much most of the world sang praises of the ICTY.

Interesting... Please make sure to tell the above to Russia, since it was Russia that proposed and approved the creation of this NATO Court and approved and continues to approve its judges. I'm sure Russia will be happy to explain to you why it is doing that...

Finnish leading daily newspaper – Helsingin Sanomat – published on 14/04/2013 an investigative feature story "Winners Justice" related to recent release of Croatian war criminal Ante Gotovina. The article clearly proves the political and biased nature of ICTY: Bosniacs have got most justice from Hague, Albanians and Serbs least. Gotovina was leading Operation Storm against Serb populated Krajina region - biggest ethnic cleansing during Balkan wars. ICTY started to investigate this case immediately 1995. U.S. – the main financier of ICTY – tried at daily basis to stop investigations. ICTY anyway had enough evidence against Gotovina; he was arrested on 2005 – maybe because his arrest was one preconditition for Croatia’s EU membership. Gotovina got sentence of 24 years in Hague. However ICTY Appeals Chamber released him on Nov. 2012.

All the procedure manifests that ICTY is a political construction to implement U.S. will, to whitewash actions and war crimes implemented by U.S. and their allies and to demonize Serbs to get justification for U.S. intervention to Balkan wars. The dominating political aspect casts shadows also the earlier court decisions – whether accused were acquit or not as well throws suspicion on ongoing trials in Hague.
