This is not about crimes committed by Serbs. These criminals are prosecuted in Belgrade and some of them in The Hague. It's about the crimes committed by some Albanian war criminals which you call 'freedom fighters', which are (finally) persecuted by EULEX nad hopefully sent to prison for they crimes (murdering and torturing prisoners in the KLA prison/concentration camps.)
(Comm. Parrisson, 28 May 2013 16:24)

Just some small corrections:

Serbia's Human Rights Director will give you her governments estimates on how many Kosovar civilian were murdered.

The over 3,000 Kosovars kidnapped were later found also murdered and buried in mass graves.

I am sure you had to have some math in your limited education to figure out total murdered Kosovars.(10,000+3,000)

Provide "evidence" for 13,000 murdered Albanians. It's usually 10,000 deaths Albanians like to use. Suddenly the number jumps to 11,000, and now you come up with 13,000.

EULEX prosecutors think they are founded, and I think they are much more trustworthy than a shad yperson with a criminal background like Thaci.

Furthermore, in the article its said that they are accused of war crimes. You know, the infamous KLA prison camps where the 'freedom fighters' tortured and killed prisoners (mostly Serbs) and so-called 'collaborators' (including Albanians).

If you read MikeC's comment properly you will realise he is not denying any alleged wrondoings by Serbs but commenting on the inequality that exists when it comes to prosecution of ALL alleged war criminals regardless of nationality. Look at the Hague statistics and count how many Serbs have been prosecuted compared to Croats or Albanians. In all honesty, do you really believe that the Hague has acted fairly in this regard? If you do then I think MikeC might be justified in making the very same accusations against you as you are making against him.

MikeC,

There is an enormous amount of documented evidence that proves you wrong.
However, you need only read confessions of Serb paramilitaries sick with guilt for the atrocities they committed on orders of high ranking Serb military officers. The world has been aware of these crimes against humanity for years, yet you come on this site attempting to deny what even highly credible Serbs officials have willingly admitted. Isn't it time for you to face the fact why Serbs are still thought of as pariahs and, consequently, cannot not manage to gain enough support to become EU Members. You should hang your head in shame.

It never ceases to amaze me that people think all their own side are heroes, irrespective of what they may have done during a conflict, and the other side are all terrorists. This applies equally to US and British troops in Iraq as it does to the wars in the Balkans in 1990s. I'm all for people being free and 'fighting' for this right, but not by committing war crimes in the process. What about the freedom of those who were murdered, raped and otherwise abused? Is this sort of thing OK as long as they are from the other side? I don't believe so and hope that this is the majority view.
