Ashton sounds happy. That can't be good. But maybe she is just covering up. It could be that there is a huge mess being swept under the rug with the Serbs winding up ahead of the game.

Why not use the agreed terminology on how to represent Kosovo? It's 'Kosovo*' which just says that ('without prejudice to the status, and in line with UN1244')?
