It’s a long and hard road to any implementation of this agreement with a very little chance of success.

That's great... for Kosovo, that Serbia won't become an EU member and cause more trouble for Kosovo. Glad to see that you and Kosovo agree on that point, albeit for different reasons.

As for Serbia, I couldn't care less whether it's good or bad for Serbia to become an EU member.

How anyone with a modicum of intelligence can believe or even peddle this nonsense of Utopia once in the EU with all that is going around then they deserve to be locked up in an asylum for the brain dead.

This is what Brussels told the Croats: No agricultural subsidies for at least 20 years, possible more like 30 or 40 years; no cash upon arrival for at least 20 years; If Croatia enters the EU with little or nothing then that is how its going to stay; on the issue of Croats roaming the EU looking for jobs, no they will not be allowed to do that for at least 4 years after joining.

There is no secret about these conditions as all of this was mentioned by Zoran Milanovic very recently in press interviews and in Parliament in Zagreb. Milanovic also said that Brussels has no more money. This is in the public domain for all to read.

Now who is keen for Serbia to join a failing club?

The document is not status neutral. Countries go in the eu not provinces. Few governments support kosova independence more than serbias. all Serbs are uniting in favor of kosova independence for eu membership. Who even opposes kosova independence anymore in Serbia?

This is nothing new as the so called government in Belgrade was going to adopt the agreement in the first week of the big announcement. However, the reaction and poor handling of the situation prolonged that resolution. The three amigos saw their villas in Switzerland disappearing before their eyes so they at least can collect something if all fails – at least they made an attempt, much like Tadic did before them. It’s a long and hard road to any implementation of this agreement with a very little chance of success.
The general feelings towards the current government were summed up at Oplenac where both the President and his PM were heckled. In essence, the current government does not have Serbia backing them and that is the problem.
