What I don't get is why Balkan countries would want to join NATO and be allies with each other? All these Albanian posters are mad at Dodik and want Bosnia to be in NATO- Why do you want an alliance with the very people you separated from and forced out of Kosovo??? Why do you want to be in NATO So Obama can send your young people to Syria or the middle east? So that you can go in debt buying NATO Military equipment from the 1980s and 1970s when you don't even have enough tractors? I think the only sensible thing is for everyone in the Balkans to be neutral and trade with whomever wants to trade.

Kosovo government can give Serbs as many guarantees as they want, when Albanians are attacked in Serbia those guarantees aren't worth a penny.

PeteK, Dacic was not elected directly. There are still enough old communists/socialists left in Serbia, to keep giving his party (SPS, Milosevic's old brainchild), enough votes to government. Coalitions are then created so that a ruling government can be formed. He keeps latching on to major parties, and basically buys a position in government. He has done that with the DS and SNS. If Serbia did not have an coalition form of government, he would have been long gone, probably with Sloba. I blame the people that keep voting for his party at election time. Die hard commies are hard to reeducate. But the SNS party of Nikolic and Vucic are not any better, they are old radical party members, that simply changed their image - but their words and actions often sound the same.

"It is very important to us that somebody does not accidentally interpret that things that we agree on have some meaning in the sense of the status issue."

Who "interprets"? Always the other side? For me it looks like that you just started to realize that your agreement is not that solidly formulated that it can bolster your claim.

I tell you what: That agreement will be implemented exactly how it has been agreed to. If you left room for interpretation then it is your fault. Read what you sign.

Boy, these Serbian politicians are hard to look at, the so-called "Vrh" top three. Their lies and actions over the last 2 decades has brought nothing but misery to the former Yugoslavia and Serbia. And now, today, they are fighting for some guarantees for the Serbs in Kosovo. This would all be unnecessary, and there woudl be calm in Kosovo, had this "Vrh" sang a different tune starting in the 90's.

How in the hell did Dacic {or did he?}get elected? Was he appointed?By whom?He is an enemy of true Serbs. Serbia, get rid of him and his comrades,or you are doomed.
