learn how to read brian but in your case you maybe excused because the albanian educational system is clearly horrendous, no wonder you albanians only turn to human, drug and organ trafficking along with organized crime its cuz albanains aren't smart enough to do something else

liason officer doesnt mean ambassador, i dont know in any language that it does for a couple of reasons ... first these liason officers are working in an eu office not in embassies and last time i checked ambassador lived only in embassies .. second all ambassadors and diplomatic officials always have immunity granted to them by the hosting nation, however in this case there is maybe a few protections granted so that the officer is safe considering the environment, but there is no immunity, which is required for all ambassadors and diplomatic officials under international law ... keep dreaming that serbia will recognize kosovo or that kosovo is independent, seriously dinosaurs are more likely to come out of extinction than either of those things happening .. at best kosovo is a disputed territory currently stuck in a stalemate and no man's land

Being Serbian ambassador to kosova he will have to eventually show his credentials to the foreign minister of kosova and i would not be surprised If that was the topic of the meeting.

BS Translation:

I DENY that I met with FM, but I do not deny the fact that I was in an office of the GOK, or the fact that I met with other officials in FM.

I also deny that there will be no "offices" because we are monkeys and will be operating from a nearby jungle; preferably the tallest branch of the largest tree for logistics reasons, of course!!
