“Relations with Montenegro constantly improving”

Arn that is a good idea to make a coup when they get hungry they can have some chicken and eggs. But it will have to be big coup in Serbia to fit every one inside plus the chickens. I think the chickens will be very unhappy having to share the coup in all likely hood probably peck every ones eyes out. But it dose make a lot of sense of the blind leading the blind.

I can't understand why the Serb doesn't demand the same executive rights for the Serb community in Montenegro where more Serbs live than in Kosova.

Montenegro probably wouldn't tolerate the nonsense and Serbs are now silent.
