I think that a decision made under the foreign pressure and without a visible consensus among Serbs would bring great problems in the future,” Chepurin explained.

Very true. At face value, the ultimatum is not a fair compromise and it really means that lasting peace is not guaranteed. It is a shame it came to this. Personally, I think that executive powers for Serbs would have been the deal that sealed peace. Unfortunately, looks like big egos got in the way.
