Home owner stabs intruder to death

Robbing, Stabbing, Drug Addiction 3 crimes in 1 incident... I'm starting to doubt Serbia is a safe country! Someone commits a crime and another one reacts by committing an even worse crime! You may argue it is justifiable but seriously why stab him to death?? Unbelievable how savage people can be!

@ Walter....Walter if someone intrudes your house the same way (which happens all over the world) then just ask kindly the intruder to leave the premise.

Beside...in the USA it is legal to shoot a trespasser dead within your home...So THEY KNOW !

What is the law on this in Serbia? its a big debate in the UK and the public have recently been given greater powers to defend themselves in their own homes. Most people (apart from criminals) would be happy to have intruders get whatever the owner dishes out to them. hopefully the politicians will acknowledge that, but I doubt it.

@ Vladimir... I personally wouldn't stab him to death, I know most people will panic and kill, let's not argue on this. Main question is why are drug addiction related incidents and robberies so common in the country? its devastating how many crime articles you read per day!! Something has to be done to cut down on crime in the country because it's becoming a really unsafe one....

The price of ammo is getting worse, now intruders have to be stabbed to death.

You are talking out of your butt. You are for sure an albanian trying to disscredit Serbia in any way you can. I live in Sweden and you'd be surprised at the crime rate here. Every day people get robbed, killed and their homes broken in to. Why is that when Sweden is 100 times wealthier then Serbia? We have entire neighbourhoods where people gather after the sun gows down and set fire to cars and attack police. I feel much safer in Serbia then I do in Sweden. If you were really from a western country you'd know that incidents like this is a common occurance, however we all know you are an albanian with nothing else to do then critisize serbs and our country.

Maybe for the simple reason that drug addicts need a lot of money and are often too stoned to do a job, thus they use illegal ways (robbing, stealing, burglary) to raise the money needed for buying the daily dose of drugs?

Walter...i repeat in the states everyone knows and it is legal so they know what can be,what the heck are you talking about? you going social with intruders now ? tell them to chill and have a talk cook something for them and cheer them up ?like this is happening only here,we all know that this happens all over the world,i don't know where you read so many articles of this happening here more than anywhere else.i walk the streets here day and night as many different kind of people do,even girls (beautiful too) by themselves and no one feels insecure...when is the last time you experienced it for yourself,probably never.
