Two suspects - one of them a member of the Gendarmerie - have been arrested on suspicion that they committed war crimes against civilians in 1999.

He is heading the negotiations with Serbian PM, because he is not a terrorist lol. I think Serbians need to realize that they will all die trying to put Thaqi in jail, but this will never happen. He is recognized by International Community no country has a warrant on him EXCEPT Serbia lol. Even if Serbs somehow caught him in Serbia they would have to let him go because this man did not kill any Serb. Serbs on the other hand we all know where they ended up.

Two suspects are none other , but true Serbs, which one of them is an active member of Gendermarie.
Second; you ask why the list of victims is not divulged , yet you don't have a single name officially of alleged victims from your phantom yellow house in organ harvesting case. Don't you worry, Kosova and Serbia,including International organizations have the list of victim's names on this case.

Are the suspects Serbian and their victims or alleged victims ethnic Albanians? I ask simply because the nationality of the suspects hasn't been divulged nor has the identity of the victims or alleged victims been divulged either.
