Talks on agreement after next Brussels meeting

When the US is asked if they had a victory in Iraq or Afghanistan they would with passion state yes they won.
Its normal government rhetoric not to look like they have lost or are backing down. The agreement is dead but no one knows how to make the funeral arrangements. The problem the is that the fat little socialist neither has a mandate nor is able to implement any deal and now they are running around talking about unblocking the work of the Office for Kosovo-Metohija and the possibility of reinstating Aleksandar Vulin as its head. That my little Albanian pumpkins is not talk of victory but backing down.
