Peggy, you're absolutely right. Dacic & co. have no right to push forward with this agreement until the constitutional court rules on its findings and even then, a referendum may be required as Vucic has stated and the gov't. agreed to. I am afraid, however, that following the letter of the law is of no concern to a former communist like Dacic and his cronies. His objective is to get a date for EU membership talks and he has proven that he is willing to sell Serbia down the river for it. Before it is all said and done, this coward will give away even more. It appears that the Kosovo Serbs are alone, abandoned by mother Serbia. Hopefully, Serbia will find its collective soul before there is nothing left of her.

And Lenard, repeating the same thing over and over is the sign of a small mind and a shallow understanding of the facts. If you don't have anything intelligent to offer, go annoy some of your fascist brethren on a Croatian site. Oh, I forgot, they don't have one. The gov't. censors everything there.

Lenard, really? Fascist chetnik? Never heard of such a thing. Fascist Croat/Ustasha is a much better fit.
Stop using terms which perfectly describe you Croats for us. We weren't born yesterday and know exactly who the fascists were and are.

Has Dacic got an agreement with Kosovo Serbs and green light from constitutional court to implement this? What or who exactly gives him that right? No mandate to do it and a question mark on if constitutional certainly doesn't sound like he has any right to do any such thing.

The best way of implementation is total recognition of kosova independence in every way. Just have no involvement and leave it all to kosova Serbs.

When asked whether some new conditions were mentioned during his stay in the U.S., Dačić said that such matters were not mentioned and that Serbia does not have to be forced to implement what it agreed to.

Visar if you read the whole sentence it is quite clear that the journalist made an error. What Dacic actually said was that Serbia doesn´t have to be forced to implement what it didnt agree to.

Dačić added that he will meet once more with Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci in Brussels on Tuesday but he believes that it would be better if the talks continued on the expert level.

You just made yourself a dumb bimbo. You should act as an expert on politics, just like your counterpart Thaci. It seems like Thaci does not have your problems, and he is not saying we need experts on this.

"Serbia does not have to be forced to implement what it agreed to" Ivica Dacic.

Then why sign the agreement in the first place, if you have no intentions to implement it? The west is quite aware of your tricks by now and that is why they expect "tangible results" before they make recommendations to grant Serbia accession talks date. You thought you could fool the EU by initialling an agreement but had no plans to implement it on the field. Those days are gone, and Serbia by acting this way, it is maintaining its image in the international community as untrustworthy partner.
