Has Dacic got an agreement with Kosovo Serbs and green light from constitutional court to implement this? What or who exactly gives him that right? No mandate to do it and a question mark on if constitutional certainly doesn't sound like he has any right to do any such thing.

Dacic & co. have no right to push forward with this agreement until the constitutional court rules on its findings and even then, a referendum may be required as Vucic has stated and the gov't. agreed to. I am afraid, however, that following the letter of the law is of no concern to a former communist like Dacic and his cronies. His objective is to get a date for EU membership talks and he has proven that he is willing to sell Serbia down the river for it. Before it is all said and done, this coward will give away even more. It appears that the Kosovo Serbs are alone, abandoned by mother Serbia. Hopefully, Serbia will find its collective soul before there is nothing left of her.
