Serbian PM Ivica Dačić has said that Serbia does not need conflicts and wars and that nobody should die for it but that everybody should live and work for it.
It is time for Dacic to retire from the position of PM which he cannot handle properly. As time is passing his statements are more and more shallow and meaningless.

I agree that violence and bloodshed is the worst possible way to go but being passive is also not always the best way. If you are not prepared to use force to keep what is yours then sooner or later you will lose it. Why do we need the police? We have laws and we expect everyone to obey them. When someone breaks the law we can't just wave a piece of paper at them and say that they should cart themselves off to jail and expect them to do it. Same as keeping your land. Sooner or later someone is going to come along and want to take it. We have a situation now where Kosovo was taken away by force and we expect to get it back by peceful means? How? How are we going to convince the US to give it back, for it belongs to the US not the "Kosovars". The US does what they like there and the Albanians are only their foot soldiers.
Every society needs enforcement to uphold their laws and constitution and to ensure than theft is not rewarded with the thief keeping the goods. Asking nicely is not going to cut it.
So as much as I am in favour of peaceful resolution, if force is the only thing that will bring your property back, then force cannot be rule out.
If we had the likes of Dacic back when Princip took a stand, Serbs would be speaking German now.

Let's not look at medieval Serbia but have a look in the last 200 years ok. Then we Know that: Serbia=Vojvodina/Kosovo/Macedonia/BIH/MNE/Dalmatia/Lika/Slavonija. Then in the 18th C and beginning of the 19th C i can also include Croatia/Slovenia/Bulgaria/Albania/Northern Greece. Because the Slavic people that lived there regarded themselves as Serbs. But the great power did not want a united Balkans and still don't want that, or what they fear even more a united country from Poland to Greece! And let's go back even further and we can then see that the name Serb is much older then Slav. That means that we all Slavic people are one nation with different names, in ancient times writers used names like Trachians which in fact is Rassians which is another name for Serbs, plus we have the country and nation Russia.
So conflict is not a option, to become stronger you need to be united, that counts for all countries.
